I am directed by the Board of Trade to forward for the infomation of the Secretary of State a copy of a letter dated 20th August from the London Office of Westphal King and Rameay Ltd, together with copies of the enclosures, and to say that the Board of Trade will be obliged if you will move the Secretary of State to furnish than with his observatione on the suggestion that the Board of Trade should vest in the Custodian four shares registered in the name of H.A. Westphal having regard to the fact that the Company is incorporated in Hong Kong.
